Sasha, herself, is a mental health advocate working to defeat the stigma through her non-profit. The group aims to promote the benefit of running for mental health and was started after Sasha discovered how much the sport aided her own recovery. When Sasha isn't running or working to spread the word about Still I Run, she works as a marketing manager and can be found hanging out with her husband, pups, friends, and family in West Michigan.
